Practice mindful stress reduction as you renew your senses in nature to experience well-being. Enjoy a gentle-paced movement meditation with time to pause, reflect, and connect. We'll stop for a picnic next to scenic Lake Washington. Gina Johnson, trained in natural medicine and integrative therapies, is your wellness guide. Dress comfortably, with sturdy walking shoes. Stillpoint Fridays: Progressive Muscle Relaxation and Breath Meditation

Develop awareness of body sensations and tension to find ease through guided breath work. End your week feeling refreshed and renewed. As weather allows, we'll be outside on the expansive lanai overlooking downtown Bellevue. Bring your yoga mat and water or thermal bottle for on-site fruit water and organic coffee. Mindfulness Mondays: A Walk in the Park

Start the week with intention and joy. Gather at Downtown Bellevue Park main entrance off NE 1st Street. Dr. Gina Johnson will guide you in shinrin-yoku (nature or forest bathing) as we practice a walking meditation to welcome the week ahead. Plan to hit the path at 6am, end by 7am.
