Stillpoint Fridays: Progressive Muscle Relaxation and Breath Meditation

Develop awareness of body sensations and tension to find ease through guided breath work. End your week feeling refreshed and renewed. Mindfulness Mondays: A Walk in the Park

Start the week with intention and joy. Gather at Downtown Bellevue Park main entrance off NE 1st Street.
