my story

Wellness may be a current trend, for me it has been a lifelong journey.

Eczema, poor digestion, insomnia, and hormonal imbalance were the result of my high stress, people pleasing lifestyle. Things worsened after a major car accident with resultant mild traumatic brain (concussion) and spine injury. I received excellent conventional medical care, yet only got so far in healing and suffered from medication side effects.

It took integrative and functional medicine to not only restore, but improve my health and vitality. Finally, I felt truly seen, valued and heard as a partner in my own wellness. Food became more than fuel and connection, it became medicine. Mindfulness brought clarity and calm. Both my health and my life experienced a turnaround for the better. People started asking about my youthful secret to aging well with vitality and focus.

So much so, that I dedicated myself to serving others facing age and stress related health concerns. I completed Naturopathic Medical training at Bastyr University after a rewarding career in acute care nursing, healthcare administration, and health coaching. My integrative endocrinology focus is supported by advanced training in functional medicine, regenerative medicine, mind-body medicine, hormone replacement therapy, sexual health, cognitive wellness, and nutrigenomics/nutrigenetics. I embrace the well-researched power of Precision Lifestyle Medicine and Positive Psychology to revitalize and promote longevity. Today, I am living proof.

Now you’ll find me with a renewed sense of work-life balance, joy, vitality, and gratitude. Nature and connection heals…much of my free time is spent outdoors and with loved ones. Midlife may indeed be the best life, it is here that I have found deep meaning and connection, profound personal growth, and a new leash on life.

Here’s to your remarkable health. I would be honored to support you, as your partner and expert guide.

Live Vital for Life,

Dr. Gina Marie
