Mark Ribkoff has developed this unique approach by tapping into his first hand experiences dealing with and removing pain from his own life. He has spent a lifetime pushing the envelope in both sports and business. Mark is an extreme athlete who has competed and participated around the globe in windsurfing, snowboarding, offshore sailing, skiing, mountain biking, motocross and kiteboarding. He knows the thrill of winning and the agony of defeat. Coupled with this passion for sport came numerous injuries and their effects.

In business he became the go to guy for small start ups wanting to make the leap onto the international stage. Vision coupled with creativity, passion and focus were his strongest assets. An unbridled drive to succeed produced some positive and some negative results for both the businesses and Mark. Internal emotional stress became a constant companion. The stress release valve from sports was not enough; pain was locked into mind and body.

Evident on his most recent MRI scan are multiple levels of disc and facet disease in his lower back, as well as multiple levels of degenerative stenosis of the lumbar spine. Learning about and understanding his own condition has empowered Mark to make his own decisions on what these diagnoses ultimately mean in his own life.

His initial discoveries into releasing the pain have been
combined with research from some of the world’s leading authorities on the mind body connection including Deepak Chopra M.D., Louise L. Hay, Tad James, Wyatt Woodsmall and Dr. John Sarno. Additionally, Mark has gone on to be certified as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Master Practitioner of Time Empowerment Techniques and a Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy. A step-by-step program, which is rapid, effective and easy to use, has been created. This process contains essential elements to make long lasting, meaningful change and personal development.
